Oh Lord of Promise, We are surrounded by the signs of resurrection and renewal even now, even in this. Daffodils, crocus, tulips, azaleas, trees budding, pollen flying, the air warming around us and in us. Rebirth has been your plan, in Christ, all along, since the foundation of the world. Even if we forget so many things in our fear, let us never forget Your constant assurances of unshakable presence and endless love. Help us to be that assurance for others. Even in this. Amen

Lord, you do not give us a spirit of fear or timidity.  Cover us with grace and peace that passes all understanding as we strive to rely on you.  In these times of uncertainty, we claim your spirit of boldness and proclaim the words of Horatio Spafford that it is indeed well with my soul.
